History of NetWorth Realty
In 2008, as the real estate market collapsed and millions of Americans struggled with upside‑down mortgages, the founders of NetWorth Realty saw an opportunity to help. With banks failing their communities, NetWorth focused on bringing distressed buyers and sellers together to create real opportunity.
Founded in Texas, NetWorth was built on improving communities one house at a time—finding distressed properties and matching them with buyers who can rehabilitate them into quality homes ready for traditional financing.
Since then, NetWorth Realty has grown from three Texas offices to multiple locations across the United States, continuing our mission of revitalizing neighborhoods and expanding access to real estate.
